Steve’s practice is centered on the formation of private equity funds, mergers and acquisitions, private and public securities offerings (including EB-5 program financings), and structuring and negotiating complex limited liability company, limited partnership and corporate transactions. Steven Anapoell Steve first became involved with EB-5 at the suggestion of a few of our Top 25 attorneys to work with EB-5 Regional Centers and projects to address complicated securities and corporate law issues. Because of his extensive knowledge of securities law as it is applied to the EB-5 program, AILA invited Steve to be their featured securities attorney at their 2012 conference in the Bahamas. Steve has worked nationally on EB-5 issues, advising clients on high profile projects and small projects alike that all combine to be worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Steve prides himself on being one of the few corporate lawyers that also holds a degree in tax law—these combined qualifications make him a robust problem solver.
