he EB-5 program has become more mainstream these days in light
of recent media coverage. Not withstanding the media, the benefits
of the program to the U.S. economy is hard to deny - foreign investment
brings economic growth and creates jobs to Americans. The eligible
immigrant investors and their family members achieve their goal of getting
to experience a piece of the American dream. A win-win situation for all
parties involved. Along with many people in the industry, we are optimistic
that the outcome of the latest EB-5 program challenges will be resolved in
way benefiting both the business landscape for developers, the financial
reality of international investors and the job market for Americans.
