This issue also includes an article from Henry Liebman called “829
Standards,” which discusses the tenancy occupancy issue. We also interviewed

The publication’s mission is to provide high-quality, objective news through
peer-reviewed articles to a varied audience of immigration lawyers, securities
lawyers, Regional Centers, EB-5 service providers and investors. Thank you
to the contributing writers who penned informative articles for this issue;
their articles have undergone a selective review process.
This first issue of the magazine will be released at the Invest in America
Shanghai Summit & Exhibition on March 15, 2013. In addition, thousands
of copies will be mailed out, free-of-charge, to EB-5 professionals across the
country. It will also be available digitally at www.eb5investors.com.
