EB-5 BUSINESS PLAN WRITERS Tom Martin Wright Johnson LLC Tom Martin currently serves as the Vice President at Wright Johnson, LLC, a leading EB-5 immigration consulting firm. In his four years with Wright Johnson, he has overseen numerous complex projects for clients submitting regional center applications and I-526 petitions. As an expert in all things EB-5, it TOP 10 is Martin’s passion to ensure client satisfaction through informed and guided interactions throughout the entire process of their experience, and he brings a vast amount of experience to each client interaction. Martin prefers to work closely with his clients, not in a customer or consumer relationship but rather treating them as active participants in the process, to make sure the specific details of their projects are captured, for not only the USCIS adjudicator but in marketing the project to investors as well. Specializing in business plan preparation and economic analysis reports, he oversees a team of writers and analysts and acts as the liaison between clients and the Wright Johnson staff. Having watched EB-5 grow over the past few years, Martin sees the future of the industry becoming even more complex as the industry navigates new regulatory rules that are sure to come out over the next year. Prior to his time at Wright Johnson, Martin worked in education and sales. After receiving his degree in Biology with a Teaching Certificate from Brigham Young University, he taught high school Biology in California before joining a bio-pharmaceutical company. He has worked in various positions that focused on client engagement and the customer experience, including leading teams of customer service representatives. Having worked for over 11 years at a fortune 100 company, Martin trained hundreds of representatives to build solid relationships with stakeholders in order to meet commitments, solve challenges, manage expectations, and expand relationships. He has taught and presented to small and large groups, and his love and passion for teaching finds him facilitating and teaching often. Rojano was born in Acapulco, Mexico and immigrated to the United States at the age of 12. His family invested in a business in Houston, Texas under the immigrant investor program, giving them the opportunity to obtain United States residency.
